Our Unique Play-list Guarantee

When you hire EVENT AUDIO to entertain your Wedding Reception, check the bottom of the Entertainment Agreement for your Play-list Guarantee. As long as your Reception Planning Forms are completed with us at least 30 days before your event, we GUARANTEE you will hear every song on your "Must-Play" list, as time permits, or you receive a 15% refund of the Total Performance Fee.

This guarantee is limited to the first fifteen (15) songs listed on your "Must-Play" list, and includes only song titles which are currently available in wide release. Rare or limited edition releases cannot be guaranteed.

Please remember that your Entertainer will attempt to play radio-edited versions of any requested songs which have been recognized as offensive or explicit. It is against our policy to play songs with explicit lyrics at family events. You may request in advance that your DJ play only un-edited album versions of your favorite songs if you are having adults only at your celebration, or after 9:30 PM.

The selections included in your "Must-Play" list will be incorporated into the evening's entertainment, as dictated by the Reception Planning Forms we will review with you. The placement of these selections, subject to your indicated preference, will be determined by your Entertainer within the limitations presented by time constraints, requests from your guests, our audience-specific lists of dance hits proven to please most groups, and any other unexpected time limitations incurred by schedule changes, spur-of-the moment requests from the Bride and Groom, unscheduled group dances, etc. Therefore, although your Entertainer WILL have ALL of the music listed on your "Must-Play" list, it is quite possible that a few of these songs may not be played by the time you have your Last Dance of the evening. By that time, you and your family and friends will be so elated by the evening's entertainment; you won't even notice that one or two songs didn't get played!

Never hesitate to ask your Entertainer to change the tempo of the party to accommodate some guests who may feel left out, or to request that some of your favorite selections be pushed up a little in the schedule, for example if you find out some of your guests are leaving early and you want to share a few special moments with them on the floor.
